Upgrade Policy

FuturesTrac LLC is dedicated to providing quality software at an affordable price to customers that trade the equities and futures markets. Current upgrade policy includes the following:

Minor version software updates are distributed for free, and major version upgrades are charged a nominal fee. Minor version updates will have the same digit(s) before the first decimal point in the version number (i.e. version 2.2 updating to version 2.3), while major upgrades will have different digits before the first decimal point (i.e. version 2.6 upgrading to version 3.0).

Upgrade prices are dependent on the level of upgrade as identified by the version number. Upgrading from version 2.5 to version 3.0 will cost less than upgrading from version 2.5 to version 5.0.

Existing customers will always pay slightly less for a specific software program (including all upgrades) than a new user purchasing the program for the first time. This policy has been adopted to reward customers for their continued patronage and support of our products.
